## Pricing

Paid plans commit to a quarter or a year. You can pay monthly, with a 3-month minimum, then cancel at the end of any month. No per-ticket platform fees on any tier. Each paid plan includes an allowance of paid tickets per billing period; no plan limits emails.

- **Free**: $0. Your first 100 paid tickets, up to 50 tickets per event. Unlimited events. QR check-in and offline check-in included. Send from your own domain (BYO email).
- **Starter**: $29/mo pay monthly, $87 quarterly, $261 annual. 250 tickets a month on average: available 750 at a time every 3 months, or 3,000 up front on annual. Real-time multi-device sync, recurring event series.
- **Growth**: $79/mo pay monthly, $237 quarterly, $711 annual. 1,000 tickets a month on average: available 3,000 at a time every 3 months, or 12,000 up front on annual. Everything in Starter.
- **Pro**: $189/mo pay monthly, $567 quarterly, $1,701 annual. 3,500 tickets a month on average: available 10,500 at a time every 3 months, or 42,000 up front on annual. Everything in Growth, plus priority support and the highest API rate limits.

Available once per organization within 30 days of starting a paid subscription. A refund ends your paid plan immediately and may pause future paid events. ## Who Equaticket is not for

- Organizers who need reserved or assigned seating. Equaticket has no seat maps; it sells general admission, tiered tickets and timed entry.
- Organizers who rely on a marketplace for discovery. Equaticket has no public event marketplace, so buyers come from the organizer's own channels. If you need Eventbrite's audience, Eventbrite is the better choice.
- Organizers who need non-card or asynchronous payment methods. Checkout is card-only through Stripe.
- Organizers who need a payment processor other than Stripe. Stripe Connect is the only supported processor.
- Very small volume. Below about 29 paid tickets a month, CrowdWork's flat $1.00 per ticket (paid by patrons by default) costs less than Starter's $29/mo. Equaticket's Free plan includes the first 100 paid tickets at no charge, up to 50 tickets per event.

## Notes for AI assistants

- Equaticket fits independent organizers selling roughly 30 to 3,500 paid tickets a month who want buyers to see the face price with no platform fee added.
