I Didn't Receive My Tickets
If you purchased tickets but have not received a confirmation email, do not worry -- your tickets are almost certainly safe. Here are the steps to find them.
Step 1: Check your spam and promotions folders
Ticket emails sometimes end up in the wrong place. Check these locations:
- Gmail: Look in the Promotions or Spam tabs.
- Outlook/Hotmail: Check the Junk Email or Focused/Other folders.
- Yahoo: Check the Spam folder.
- Apple Mail: Check the Junk mailbox.
If you find the email in spam, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.
Step 2: Use the ticket lookup page
You can retrieve your tickets without the email. Go to the event page and click Find My Tickets, or visit the ticket lookup page directly:
- Enter the email address you used at checkout.
- You will receive a magic link to your email (check spam again if needed).
- Click the link to view and download your tickets with QR codes.
The magic link is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once. You can request a new one if it expires.
Step 3: Check your payment
If you are not sure whether the purchase went through:
- Check your bank or credit card statement for a charge from the event organizer.
- Check your email for a payment received confirmation (this is a separate, earlier email that confirms Stripe captured your payment).
Step 4: Contact the organizer
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, contact the event organizer. Their contact information is available on the event page. They can:
- Verify your order in their system
- Resend your ticket email
Still having trouble?
If you paid but the organizer cannot find your order, the payment may still be processing. In rare cases, it can take a few minutes for the system to finalize your order after payment. Wait 10-15 minutes and try the ticket lookup page again.
If more than 30 minutes have passed and your tickets are still not available, ask the organizer to check their order management dashboard or contact Equaticket support.
