I Didn't Receive My Tickets
Your tickets are almost certainly safe. Here is how to get them.
For buyers
1. Check spam and promotions folders
- Gmail: Promotions tab and Spam folder
- Outlook/Hotmail: Junk Email folder and the Other tab
- Yahoo: Spam folder
- Apple Mail: Junk mailbox
If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam".
2. Resend your tickets
Go to /help, choose Resend Your Tickets, enter your checkout email and click Find My Orders. Then click Resend Tickets next to the order. This works for orders for upcoming events and sends to the email address on the order.
3. Or view them online
Click Find My Tickets at the top of any event page, or go to /tickets/lookup. Enter your checkout email and click Send Magic Link. The link is valid for 15 minutes and works once; you can request a new one.
4. Check that the payment went through
Look for the charge on your card statement (see I Don't Recognize a Charge) and for a payment received email, which is sent separately from the ticket email.
5. Contact the organizer
If none of this works, or you think you typed your email address wrong, contact the organizer using the email address on the event page. The email address on an order can only be corrected by Equaticket support, and the organizer can request that for you.
For organizers
Open the order in your dashboard and check its Ticket email status, which shows whether the email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam. See Managing Orders.
If the address was wrong or the email bounced, get a working address from the buyer and contact Equaticket support to correct the order and resend the tickets.
