1. Who We Are

Equaticket is a ticketing platform operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. We provide technology that enables event organizers ("Organizers") to sell tickets to you ("Buyer" or "you"). The Organizer is the merchant of record for your purchase — Equaticket facilitates the transaction but does not organize or host events.

2. Your Purchase

When you purchase a ticket through Equaticket, you are purchasing directly from the Organizer. Your payment is processed through Stripe and deposited directly into the Organizer's account. Equaticket does not hold, escrow, or have access to your payment.

Your tickets will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Keep your ticket confirmation email — it contains the QR code required for entry.

3. Refunds

Refund policies are set by each Organizer and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. When a refund is issued, Equaticket processes full-ticket refunds only — partial refunds are not available through our platform.

For refund requests, contact the Organizer directly. If the Organizer is unable to assist, contact Equaticket support at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

4. Your Responsibilities

By purchasing a ticket you agree to:

  • Provide accurate name and contact information
  • Not resell tickets in violation of the Organizer's terms
  • Not initiate chargebacks for valid purchases
  • Comply with the Organizer's event rules and policies

5. Limitation of Liability
