Frequently asked questions
Equaticket doesn't charge a platform fee on each ticket sold. You pay your flat price instead. Standard Stripe payment-processing fees still apply to card payments.
That's fine. 250 a month is what Starter is sized for, but tickets are counted over 3-month periods, not month by month. Starter gives you 750 at a time for each 3-month period, so a busy month can use more than 250 as long as the period total fits. Your live events never stop selling, and there are no overage fees. If you use all of them before your period ends, you can publish another event once your allowance resets, or sooner by moving up a size. If you need more than Pro includes, contact us about Enterprise.
Paying monthly has a 3-month minimum, and after that you can cancel at the end of any month. Plans paid every 3 months or annually run to the end of the period you paid for.
Every paid plan, including annual, has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Available once per organization within 30 days of starting a paid subscription. A refund ends your paid plan immediately and may pause future paid events.
