There isn’t one. You pay a flat subscription. Your attendees pay your ticket price. Stripe processes the payment at their standard 2.9% + $0.30. That’s it.
No. The ticket price you set is the price they pay. No service fees, no facility charges, no surprise add-ons at checkout. That’s a selling point you can share with your audience.
Paid plans start with a quarterly commitment (3 months upfront). There’s no monthly option, but the Free tier lets you evaluate the platform for as long as you need before committing. Annual billing saves 25% (pay for 9 months, get 12). And every paid plan comes with a full money-back guarantee on your first quarter, no questions asked.
If you’re not happy with your first quarter on a paid plan, we’ll refund your payment in full. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Your account reverts to Free tier. It’s a one-time guarantee per organization.
All paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro) unlock the same features: check-in PWA with real-time sync, client-side HMAC verification, analytics + CSV export, gate/zone management, BYO email (connect your own Resend domain so transactional emails come from your brand), and team roles. Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit for unused time on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal; you keep your current features through the end of your prepaid period. You can also switch between quarterly and annual billing when upgrading.
You connect your own Stripe account. When someone buys a ticket, the money goes directly to your Stripe account. We never touch it. Stripe handles payouts on their standard 2-day rolling schedule.
