Plans and Pricing

Equaticket charges organizers a flat subscription. There are no Equaticket ticket fees and no platform cut: we take nothing from each ticket sold.

Paid plans commit to a quarter or a year and renew automatically. You choose how to pay:

  • Quarterly: one payment per quarter.
  • Annual: one payment per year. It costs the same as three quarters, so you get one quarter free.
  • Pay monthly: a quarterly plan paid in three monthly payments of $29 (Starter), $79 (Growth) or $189 (Pro). It has a 3-month minimum: all three payments are owed. See Paying Monthly.

How the limits work

  • Rolling windows. Limits count what you sold in the last 30 days (Free) or 90 days (paid plans), measured from right now. There is no reset date.
  • Tickets. Only paid tickets count toward the ticket limit. Free tickets, including ones made free by a 100% promo code, don't. Tickets you issue from the dashboard with cash received also count. Refunded tickets still count. When you reach your limit, you can't publish new events until older sales roll out of the window or you upgrade. Events that are already live keep selling, so a buyer is never blocked mid-sale. We warn you at 70% and 90%.
  • Emails. The email limit counts ticket and order confirmation emails. Ticket delivery, order confirmation, refund and cancellation emails always send, even at the limit. At the limit, event reminder emails are skipped and ticket resends are paused until you're back under it.
  • On the Free plan, a single event can offer at most 50 tickets in total.

What every plan includes

Every plan, including Free, includes:

  • unlimited events, free and paid tickets;
  • the embeddable ticket widget;
  • custom branding and promo codes;
  • QR check-in, including Event Day Mode;
  • refunds, analytics, the public API and outbound webhooks.

Paid plans add:

  • offline check-in and real-time sync across scanning devices;
  • gates and zones;
  • check-in staff accounts;
  • sending email from your own domain;
  • CSV export of analytics;
  • publishing recurring and timed-entry series;
  • more than 50 tickets per event;
  • no "Powered by Equaticket" badge on your widget and checkout.

Pro adds priority support. Apart from that, the paid plans differ only in volume.

What "no Equaticket ticket fees" means

  • Stripe processing is separate. Ticket payments go straight to the organizer's own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its standard processing fee (in the US, 2.9% + 30¢ per charge). Equaticket never marks this up.
  • Organizers may add their own fee. An organizer can add a clearly labelled "Organizer fee" to cover their costs. It goes entirely to the organizer, and the buyer sees the full price before checkout. See Organizer Fees.
  • Every receipt shows it. Checkout and receipts show an "Equaticket platform fee" line of $0.00.

Money-back guarantee

Every paid plan comes with a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 30 days of it. If you pay monthly, that is your first monthly payment, and claiming it also stops the remaining payments. It can be used once per organization. To claim it, contact support through /help.
