Equaticket's Bring a Friend referral program lets you earn free months of service by referring other event organizers. The organizer you refer also gets a free month — it's two-sided.

Finding Your Referral Link

Your referral link is on your dashboard home screen. It's unique to your account and ready to share. When someone signs up using your link, credits are tracked automatically — you don't need to do anything after sharing.

What You Earn

1 free month for every organizer who signs up and activates a paid subscription using your link
Credits are applied as an extension to your billing period — no coupons, no invoices, no redemption steps
Milestone bonuses: your 3rd and 5th successful referrals each earn an additional +1 bonus month
Maximum: 12 months total per account (milestone bonuses count toward this cap)

What the Referred Organizer Gets

The organizer who signs up using your link receives 1 free month added to their account at signup. No code to enter — it's applied automatically.

Eligibility

Bring a Friend is available to organizers on any active paid plan or trial. If your subscription is active, your referral link is live.

How Credits Are Applied

Credits extend your subscription billing period via Stripe. If you're mid-cycle, the credit adds time at the end of your current period. Credits are applied automatically when the referred organizer activates their subscription — there is nothing to redeem.

You can track your referral stats — number of referrals, months earned, and pending credits — in the referral widget on your dashboard home.

Can I refer myself or use my own link?

No. Self-referrals are blocked.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No limit on referrals. Credits cap at 12 months per account, but you can share your link with as many organizers as you'd like.

When is the credit applied?

Credits are applied when the organizer you referred activates their subscription. Pending credits are visible in your dashboard referral stats.

Does the referred organizer need to stay subscribed for me to keep the credit?

Yes. Credits are tied to successful activations. If the referred signup cancels before activating a paid plan, the credit won't apply.

What happens to my unused credits if I cancel?

Credits are held on your account. If you reactivate, your unused credits will still be available.
