Choosing Your Brand Color
You pick one brand color. We use it for your buttons, bars and borders on your event page, your order confirmation and ticket pages, and, once you turn on branding for emails, the emails we send your buyers. Only owners and admins can change it.
Pick a color
- Open Dashboard > Settings > Branding.
- Under Brand color, choose one of the common colors, type a hex code such as #1D4ED8, or use the color picker.
- Use the Shades row to move to a lighter or darker version of your color.
- Choose Save Branding.
To go back to the standard look, choose Equaticket default and save.
What the color does
- It colors your main Get Tickets buttons, the header on an event with no banner, and the bar along the top of your ticket and order emails.
- Button text switches between black and white automatically so it stays easy to read.
- An uploaded banner image is shown as is. Your color never tints it.
- Emails your buyers already have do not change. After you save, your published event pages refresh within a minute or so.
If your color is too light
Light colors can be hard to read on a white background. If your color is too light for buttons and text, the screen tells you. We use the Equaticket color for buttons and text in that case, and your color still appears in the header band on an event with no banner. Pick a darker shade to use it everywhere.
Your logo
Your logo is set separately, and your logo and color only appear in buyer emails when you turn the switch on. See Branding Your Buyer Emails.
