Understanding Account Health Banners
When something needs your attention, a banner appears at the top of your dashboard with a button that takes you to the fix. Red banners are urgent and appear first; yellow banners are warnings.
Stripe banners
| Banner text | Color | Button | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| "You haven't finished connecting Stripe. Finish setup to accept payments." | Yellow | Finish Setup | Complete Stripe's setup form. |
| "Stripe verification is pending. Complete it to avoid payment interruptions." | Yellow | Complete Verification | Give Stripe the information it needs. Paid checkout is off until you do. |
| "Your Stripe account is restricted. Payments may be blocked." | Red | Fix Stripe Account | Resolve Stripe's requirements, then republish your paused events. |
| "Your Stripe account is disconnected. You cannot accept payments until reconnected." | Red | Reconnect Stripe | Set up Stripe again, then republish your paused events. |
Each button opens Dashboard > Settings > Payments. Step-by-step fixes are in Fixing Stripe account problems.
No banner appears while Stripe is reviewing your details, because there is nothing for you to do. Other Stripe states, such as payouts paused or an upcoming verification deadline, appear on the Stripe Account card on the Payments page rather than as a banner.
Subscription banners
| Banner text | Color | Button |
|---|---|---|
| "Your subscription payment is past due. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption." | Red | Update Payment |
| "Your subscription is paused. Ticket sales are stopped." | Yellow | Reactivate now |
| "Your pause expires in N days. Reactivate or your account moves to Free." | Red | Reactivate now |
Past due: update your card at Dashboard > Settings > Billing. If the payment is still overdue after 7 days, you cannot publish events until it is paid. If the subscription ends unpaid, your published events are paused.
Paused: see Pausing your subscription.
Ticket quota notices
Your plan includes a number of tickets per rolling window (30 days on Free, 90 days on paid plans). Usage appears in the Ticket Quota panel at Dashboard > Settings > Billing, which shows a notice:
- at 70%: you are approaching your limit;
- at 90%: you are almost at your limit;
- at 100%: you cannot publish new events until older sales leave the window or you upgrade.
Events that are already published keep selling at the limit, so buyers are never turned away. Each notice has an Upgrade plan link. See How billing works for plan limits.
