How to Get Your Referral Link
Log in to your Equaticket dashboard. Your personal referral link is right there on the home screen. Copy it and share it however you want — email, a group chat, your newsletter, wherever your network lives.
Your link looks like this:

What You Earn
1 free month for every organizer who signs up using your link.
That's a full month of Equaticket at no charge, credited automatically to your account. Credits are applied as a trial extension on your subscription, so you're not dealing with coupons or invoices — it just extends your billing cycle.
Milestone Bonuses
Refer enough organizers and you earn bonus months on top:
- 3rd referral: +1 bonus month (referral #3 earns you 2 months total)
- 5th referral: +1 bonus month (referral #5 earns you 2 months total)
Refer 5 organizers and you've earned 7 months of free ticketing software.
Maximum: 12 months. Credits cap at one year of free service per account. Milestone bonuses count toward the cap.
What the Organizer You Refer Earns

Who Can Participate
Bring a Friend is available to organizers on any active Equaticket paid plan or trial. If you're on an active subscription, your referral link is live and ready to use from your dashboard home screen.
How Credits Are Applied
Credits are applied as extensions to your subscription billing period via Stripe. If you're mid-cycle, the credit adds time at the end. There's nothing to redeem — it happens automatically when the organizer you referred activates their account.
You can see your referral stats (number of referrals, months earned, pending credits) in the referral widget on your dashboard home.

Can I refer myself or use my own link?
No. Self-referrals are blocked.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You can refer as many organizers as you want. Credits cap at 12 months total, but there's no limit on who you can share your link with.
When do I get the credit?
Credits are applied when the organizer you referred activates their subscription. You'll see pending credits in your dashboard stats in the meantime.
Does the person I refer have to stay subscribed for me to keep the credit?
Yes — credits are tied to successful activations. If a referred signup cancels before activating a paid plan, the credit won't apply.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my own account?
Credits are held on your account. If you reactivate, your unused credits will still be there.
