Equaticket

Your ministry shouldn't pay per ticket.

Hand holding a phone displaying an Equaticket QR code

Churches run free services, paid concerts, annual banquets, and community outreach. Equaticket is a flat subscription, so ticketing a sold-out Easter service costs the same as ticketing a midweek Bible study. No per-ticket fees, ever.

The problem

Why churches pay too much for ticketing

Most ticketing platforms were built for commercial promoters. Their pricing model is a percentage of every ticket sold, which makes sense when you're a venue trying to maximize revenue. It doesn't make sense for a church that's just trying to manage capacity for Easter Sunday or keep more of the proceeds from a fundraising dinner.

On a $60 banquet ticket, Eventbrite takes $5.87 per ticket before anything reaches the ministry. Sell 200 seats and you've donated $1,173 to a ticketing company instead of your mission.

Equaticket is a flat subscription. Your banquet, your Christmas concert, and your free Easter service all run on the same plan. Sell more tickets and pay nothing more.

How it works

What you get

No Equaticket fees on any ticket

Your $60 banquet ticket keeps $60 minus payment processing. No Equaticket service fee, no platform cut, no per-attendee charge. Stripe's payment processing applies (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), but that's Stripe's fee, not ours.

Free events don't count toward your cap

Free RSVPs for Easter services, Christmas Eve, community outreach, or midweek Bible studies don't count toward your monthly ticket cap. Your subscription covers paid events; free events are always free to ticket.

Waitlist for sold-out services

Set a capacity limit and enable the waitlist. When your Easter service fills up, attendees join a waitlist and are automatically notified if a spot opens. No manual tracking, no spreadsheets.

Embed checkout on your church website

If your church already has a website (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or anything else), the Equaticket embeddable checkout widget runs the ticket purchase or RSVP flow directly on your site. Your congregation never leaves your domain to register.

Member pricing and promo codes

Create promo codes for member-only pricing on a banquet or concert. Set usage limits so the discount applies only to those who have the code. Works for staff comps, sponsor tickets, and volunteer passes too.

Your attendee data is yours

Every RSVP and ticket buyer is in your Equaticket audience dashboard. Export your full attendee list as a CSV at any time with no restrictions. Connect to Mailchimp or Kit to add registrants directly to your ministry email list.

Common church event use cases

Easter and Christmas services

Free RSVP ticketing for high-attendance holiday services. Set a capacity limit by service time, enable the waitlist for overflow, and let attendees pick the 9am or 11am slot. Free events don't count toward your ticket cap.

Annual banquets and fundraising dinners

Paid ticket sales for church galas and benefit dinners. Attendee name collection per ticket, promo codes for table sponsors or major donors, and no per-ticket platform fee eating into what you raise.

Worship concerts and guest speakers

Tiered pricing (Early Bird, General Admission, Reserved Seating) and promo codes for members. Sell tickets directly from your church website with the Equaticket embed.

VBS and children's ministry registration

Free registration for Vacation Bible School, youth retreats, and children's programs. Free events have no Equaticket cost and don't count toward your monthly cap, no matter how many kids register.

Conferences and retreats

Higher-priced multi-day events where the savings from flat-subscription pricing are largest. Sell 300 retreat tickets at $125 each without sending a cut of every ticket to a platform.

Community outreach events

Free community dinners, open worship nights, and neighborhood events. Issue as many free RSVPs as you need. The headcount data goes straight to your attendee dashboard.
