The problem
The per-class fee problem
Booking platforms built for fitness and wellness studios typically charge per booking: a percentage of each transaction on top of your monthly software fee. At $1–2 per booking, that adds up fast for a studio running 20 classes a week.
The platform cost is a flat subscription, not a cut of every booking. Whether a class is $15 or $150, Equaticket takes nothing from it. For an established studio, the math usually pays for itself within the first month.

Students see your available class times and pick the session that works for them. The booking calendar is hosted by Equaticket. Share the link directly or embed it on your website. No app to download; no account required to book.
Capacity per time slot
Set a maximum number of spots per class. When a class fills, it shows as unavailable. Pause individual slots for maintenance or private sessions without touching the rest of your schedule.
QR code check-in
Every booking includes a QR code. Check in students at the door with your phone: no printed lists, no manual lookups. Works offline if your studio has spotty connectivity.
Your student list, always
Every person who books a class is in your audience dashboard. Export a CSV of all students (name, email, class attended, check-in status) anytime.
Recurring schedules
Set up your class schedule once. Equaticket generates and manages your booking calendar automatically: daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly intervals.
Promo codes for class packs
Create discount codes for class pack purchases, intro offers, or member discounts. Set usage limits so a first-class-free code only works once per student.
Embed the booking calendar on your website
